Rita’s was established in 1962 and is rich in West Side Market tradition and history. They offer a variety of stuffed olives, fresh horseradish, fresh barrel kraut and fresh ground peanut butter. Their motto is: “If we can fit it in the hole, we stuff it! If it’s covered in oil or pickled, we sell it!”
