Jeremiah Wiencek, owner of Wiencek Meats and Poultry, is a fourth-generation vendor. Many of his family members have worked at the Market, including his grandfather, mother, uncle, nieces and nephews (now representing the fifth generation) and his great-grandfather, Robert Jacob Stumpf, who started when the Market opened in 1912.
