Jim’s Meats has been owned and operated by Mark A. Zarefoss since 1995. Mark grew up in the West Side Market and has been a meat cutter for 30 years. Mark along with his wife Myroslawa (Minnie) look forward to providing you with an excellent shopping experience. Minnie speaks Ukrainian and loves speaking with many ethnic customers. Their stand carries a variety of fresh beef and pork products. You may call ahead for freezer orders (hind quarters, etc.). They look forward to meeting you!
