Cleveland Public Market Corporation (CPMC) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit that manages the day-to-day operations of Cleveland’s iconic West Side Market. in 2024, the inaugural staff of CPMC were brought on to manage Market operations, create and market programs, and fundraise for the execution of the Market’s masterplan.

Rosemary Mudry – Executive Director
Rosemary Mudry currently leads the new Cleveland Public Market Corporation (CPMC) – the non-profit managing the West Side Market. As Executive Director, Rosemary and her team are striving to make the West Side Market the nation’s premier public market by meeting the evolving needs of merchants, customers, and the community. CPMC’s mission is to preserve the city’s public market tradition while making the local food system more accessible, equitable, and diverse.
Previously, Mudry served as Executive Director of West Park Kamm’s Neighborhood Development, an organization serving a community of more than 25,000 people located on Cleveland’s west side. She was responsible for all strategic and operational activities of the CDC, which works to develop and promote the neighborhood. Before joining West Park Kamm’s Neighborhood Development in 2019, Mudry was Director of Neighborhood Development at Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation. She started her community development career working for Ohio City Inc.’s Near West Recreation program. After nearly a decade in other neighborhoods, Mudry is enjoying being back in Ohio City, re-connecting with folks and getting to know the many new faces in the neighborhood.
Mudry is an active board member of Summer on the Cuyahoga, where she serves as Secretary of the Board. She is also Vice President of the Laurel School Alumnae Association. She earned her Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Development at Cleveland State University, and her B.A. in Latin American studies and Political Science at Oberlin College. She enjoys living in Cleveland’s Glenville Neighborhood and exploring Cleveland with her husband and children.
Tiffany Allen-White – Director of Operations & Facilities
Tiffany Allen-White is a nonprofit professional who is passionate about the physical economic and social development of the City of Cleveland! Mrs. Allen-White has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Bowling Green State University, a master’s degree in Community and Social Development from Case Western Reserve University and several certifications in her field. For over 16 years, Tiffany has worked with nonprofits, communities and educational institutions in Ohio in various capacities, specializing in change management and program implementation. These include providing organization analysis and restructuring guidance, facilitating partnerships, developing standardized practices and serving as a community convener. Tiffany is a conscientious and hardworking individual, who prides herself in the ability to approach new opportunities with excitement and strives to see challenges with an unbiased open mind. Born and raised on Cleveland’s East side, Tiffany is a proud CMSD alumna, ‘diehard’ Browns fan and supporter of “all things” Arts and Culture.
Liz Andjeski – Finance and Office Manager
Liz Andjeski comes to CMPC after spending the last dozen years with Spice Hospitality Group. She has an energetic personality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves Cleveland. She has a heart of service and believes one small act of kindness at a time can make a difference.
Drawing joy from the Market’s energy, Liz wants to help make the Market be everything it deserves to be! She’s working to create systems and efficiencies for the merchants so they can focus on running their business’ while CPMC operates the building and revitalizes the space.
Camille Rose Dickson, MNO – Director of Development & Partnerships
Camille Rose Dickson, MNO (She/Her) joins CPMC as Director of Development & Partnerships. Dickson brings nearly a decade of nonprofit experience including fundraising, communications, and DEI. Previously, Dickson was a Development & Communications Manager focused on donor relations at the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and the Donor Engagement Officer at Adoption Network Cleveland. She earned her Master’s in Nonprofit Management at Case Western Reserve University, and her B.A. in African American Studies and Sociology with a certificate in Global Leadership at Ohio University.
Patrick J. Evans – Director of Marketing
Patrick Evans brings more than 15 years’ professional marketing and advertising experience. Having worked in both agency and non-profit visitor destination settings, Patrick’s passion is marketing for mission-driven organizations within the City of Cleveland. He has previously led the marketing and communications programs at both Cleveland Botanical Garden and Cleveland Museum of Natural History. He holds a B.S. in Advertising from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
