Christopher’s Bakery specializes in classic stone oven baked European breads, made with unbleached flour, olive oil or no oil at all, and absolutely no preservatives, dough conditioners or trans-fats. Their breads are baked fresh every morning and most are vegan. Christopher’s Bakery is famous for their Pugliese Italian, a rustic European Italian. Others include Lake Erie Sourdough and a crusty 7 grain, a whole grain with flaxseed, sunflower, millet and a touch of fresh honey.
