Jeremiah Wiencek, owner of Wiencek Meats and Poultry, is a fourth-generation vendor. Many of his family members have worked at the Market, including his grandfather, mother, uncle, nieces and nephews (now representing the fifth generation) and his great-grandfather, Robert Jacob Stumpf, who started when the Market opened in 1912.
Wiencek’s Meats proudly carries all Ohio-raised beef sources mainly from local farms in Ashland County. They ground their sirloin and chuck fresh daily. Some of their other specialities include marinated sirloin and marinated tenderloin shish kabobs, skirt steak and English cut short ribs. Visit their website to enter their free monthly raffle.
