Vince Bertonaschi has been a beef butcher at the Market for more than 25 years. He is known for taking immense pride in his work and sharing memories of his time at the West Side Market with his customers. Vince was originally a vendor at Cleveland’s former Central Market and moved to the West Side Market in 1988.
All ground meat (chuck or sirloin) is made from trimmings off of sides of beef, not pre-ground tubes of beef. Some of Vince’s products include flavored burgers (available only in the summer), boneless rip strips, beef sausage and all natural meat dog chow. Vince only carries choice beef with no preservatives.
