Annemarie’s Dairy, which started in 1996, has been known for its vegetarian and vegan offerings, including locally produced fresh eggs, milk and cheeses. An animal lover and environmental advocate herself, Annemarie offers a number of cruelty-free organic products and believes in carrying local products and organics whenever possible. Annemarie has been a vegetarian for many years and wanted to incorporate that into her business by providing people with alternatives to meat. Some of her specialties include tofu, Hartzler milk and butter, almond, soy and flax milk and creamers, vegan cookie dough and vegan cheese.
