| The stand is owned by Mark A. Zarefoss. Mark has been a meat cutter for 30 years. He grew up in the market and 13 years ago acquired Jim's Meats. Mark along with his wife Myroslawa (Minnie) look forward to providing you with an excellent shopping experience. Minnie speaks Ukrainian and loves speaking with many ethnic customers.
Our stand carries a variety of fresh Beef and Pork products. You may call ahead for freezer orders (hind quarters, etc.).
